The Emerce event visitor terms apply to all (paid) eDay ticketholders. All eDay 2016 ticket sales are final upon registration and subject to these terms and conditions.
A paid eDay ticket includes a one year Emerce membership for those registrants who are not already members. Your membership includes the printed Emerce magazine sent nine (9) times a year, as well as eGuide specials and discounts on all Emerce events.
After one year your membership is automatically converted into a subscription membership which can be cancelled at any time.
We hope you’ll be at eDay, but if there is a reason you have to be somewhere else on October 6th, please read our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of already-purchased eDay tickets is possible when confirmed in writing to email@example.com including the following: ticket number, name, company, bank account.
Cancellation up to four (4) weeks before the commencement of eDay will incur a cost of 25% of ticket cost. If a ticket is cancelled from four (4) to two (2) weeks before the start of eDay, 50% of the ticket fee will be refunded to the participant. Cancellations within 2 weeks before the event date are obliged to pay the full ticket amount. Participation is personal. Replacement by a colleague is always permitted and free of charge, but we have to replace the details on the ticket. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a name transfer.
