Martine van der Lee is Director Social Media at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and -together with her team- responsible for helping travelers via social media through digital innovations, inspiring campaigns and service. With more than 200,000 social mentions per week to over 3,000 advertising campaigns per year, the social media team of KLM is one of the largest social media teams in the world. Martine started her career at KLM as a management trainee, where she has created a true passion for innovation. She has been involved with KLM on WhatsApp, Voice and the use of AI in the social service organisation. Martine has changed social media at KLM into an outstanding digital channel.
