About Daniel

Daniel Simu is a Dutch interdisciplinary artist with a BA in Circus Arts and an MA in Media Technology, interested in play, performance, programming and patterns. For over fifteen years he’s performed worldwide as a juggler and clown, winning Best Dutch Juggling Act in 2016. In 2022, Daniel built the first Acrobot prototype, blending technology with performance. This led him to master 3D printing, electrical, and mechanical engineering, evolving into a self-taught robotics innovator.
