Currently, Olya is the Global Media and Data Director at Heineken, where she drives growth through breakthrough communications, capability development, and responsible media practices across more than 60 operating companies. Previously, Olya worked at global agencies, supporting major clients such as McDonald’s, Bacardi, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Known as a creative thinker, change-maker, and advocate for inclusive and sustainable marketing, Olya was recognized as “Media Leader 2023” in the Advertiser category for her work at Heineken and contributions to the industry.
