Jeremie Brecheisen is managing director of The Gallup CHRO Round table. He also has recently been published in Harvard Business Review and has a second article they are working on publishing in HBR soon as well. For the last two years Jeremie has been leading Gallup’s CHRO Roundtable, where he has conducted over 800 one to ones with large company CHROs (averaging 70K employees), led over 500 roundtable sessions, briefed over 200 HRLTs, and conducted 6 surveys which have led to many articles.
